After Hours Assurance
When most general veterinary practices are closed, they only provide an answering ma-chine message that directs pet owners to the nearest emergency clinic. We feel our clients deserve better. Pleasant Valley clients have the option of speaking to our trusted veterinarians during emergencies. Pet owners can choose to receive a fee based consultation to help determine if you should treat your pet at home, wait to see a doctor when we next open, or seek imme-diate care at a recommended emergency clinic. We are proud of this dedication to our loving pet parents.
